March Mayhem

Wow, what a busy, chaotic, life-changing month!

Here’s a quick review:

  • I quit my job to be able to stay home with the girls. (I’ve lined up some freelance work to help bring home some income).

  • We got a MINI-VAN! Not sure what’s scarier, the fact that we actually got one, or the fact that David and I both love it. (He won’t admit it, but he thinks it’s pretty cool).

  • Emmy is sleeping through the night (most nights) and has rolled over at least 5 times.

  • Abby asked me for two Hershey’s kisses yesterday and we only had one left. Instead of getting upset, she said “I’m just happy to have one.”

We also brought the girls to their first St. Patrick’s Day parade along with uncle Erik, and we had a ball. I plan to make this a yearly tradition – it’s something my family always did growing up and it brings back such great memories. The sound of bagpipers always reminds me of my grandparents and makes me a proud Irish girl!
