Sick of Being Sick

I can’t tell you how many times David and I have said those words these past two months. Here’s a rundown of the communicable diseases poor little Abby has had in just the time Emmy was born ( 7 weeks).

1) Common cold
2) Croop
3) Flu (this was MAJOR and lasted 10 days)
4) Ear infection
5) Eye infection
6) Another cold
7) Another ear infection, this time in both ears

I keep telling everyone how wonderful Abby has been since Emmy was born and that there appears to be no jealousy or bad side effects, but maybe having to share our attention is making her physically ill! I’m kidding, of course, but I’ve never been so excited for winter to end – good riddance to cold & flu season!
